Spunbonded fabric is manufactured using an advanced thermal process, composed of two layers of polypropylene and the micro porous film in between.
This standard quality spun fleece can be used universally for all types of insulated roof and facade constructions. Thanks to its high waterproofness during the open construction phase, excellent tensile strength and high vapor permeability, the spunbond can be applied directly to any surface. In addition, the material is easy to walk on without being easily damaged, and its UV and temperature resistance is guaranteed for a long time. This provides your home with optimal protection against moisture, dust and snow and contributes to extending the economic life of the structure. Standard available in 120, 140 and 160 gram/m² versions.
The material is light and therefore user-friendly to process. It is unrolled logically, with the colored side with print on the outside, and is then applied in a roof-tile manner with an overlap of approximately 15 cm, depending on the roof slope.
Our spunbond is completely customizable to your needs. It is available in various colors and with different prints, including your own logo. Moreover, it is fully recyclable, which contributes to sustainability. It meets the quality requirements, including CE EN 1385 standard and is KOMO certified (no: 21090 according to BRL4708).
